Exchange and Return Policy

RETURNS

We provide a return or exchange within 14 days. After 14 days since the purchase, we would not be able to help. Refunds will be done only through the original payment mode.

EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Email –  Info@Hayatabaya.com. We will only be able to exchange the item if it is unused and the consumer must ship it back to us for exchange.

  1. To initiate a return please contact us Email –  Info@Hayatabaya.com to understand the procedure further.
  2. For returns, contact your local or preferred postal service of choice.
  3. Address the return to us by mailing the details after which we would provide you with the shipping address to send the item back.
  4. You will have to cover postal charges yourself so make sure you mark your package as returned goods to avoid any additional charges.
  5. Ask your courier for proof of shipment or tracking ID so you can have proof you sent the item.
  6. Once we receive the item the refund will be on the original mode of payment.
 
It may take 1-7 working days for your exchanged product to reach you depending on the location of the delivery.
REFUND POLICY
MODE OF PAYMENT

You can make the payment through PayPal, Visa Card, Debit Card, Credit Card or Cash On Delivery (COD). To be eligible for a return, your item should not have been used. It should remain in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: Refunds are only applicable on purchases paid through online transactions. Refunds do not apply on orders paid by Cash on delivery (COD). Exchange can be done through an online coupon we provide in cases of need.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We would provide you with the details regarding the same.

REFUNDS

Once you have initiated your returns, after inspections we would email you to notify you about the receiving of the product and later regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be refunded back to your original method of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If in case you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Sales items cannot be returned or refunded, only regular-priced items can be refunded
